Phoenix Fitness Studios is a community-based fitness studio on the first floor of 1-3 Albert Road, Widnes, opened in January 2017. Far from a traditional gym, it prides itself on being an inclusive fitness family welcoming members aged 16 to 83, regardless of age, shape, size, gender or ability.
The timetable features a wide variety of classes including Clubbercise, Dance-Fit, Full Body Tone, Stretch & Tone, Total Tone, Body Blitz, Circuits, Pram Fitness and an Over 50s Keep Fit session. Members also gain access to on-demand classes, a recipe library, challenges, weight management tools, goal setting and a calorie counter through the studio's online platform.
