Pilates Norfolk Ltd offers mat-based Pilates classes for all ages, abilities, injuries and medical conditions across Norfolk. Led by Krystyna, a highly qualified instructor with 25 years' experience, the studio provides beginner, intermediate and advanced group classes as well as one-to-one private sessions.

Classes are held at several venues including Ipswich Road United Reformed Church in Norwich, Toftwood Methodist Church in Dereham, and Beetley Village Hall. Krystyna is one of the few specialist Pilates instructors in Norfolk qualified to help manage lower back pain, and is a certified Back4Good® practitioner qualified to accept GP referrals.
