Swansea's only Classical Pilates studio, based in Mumbles and serving the area since 2006. A second-generation studio with over 21 years of Pilates expertise, offering a fully equipped space with Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Ladder Barrel and more.

Sessions range from 1-to-1 private apparatus sessions to small group Tower and mat classes, all tailored to the individual client. The studio also runs a Pilates teacher training programme with an international team.
