Pilates with Annette offers small, personalised mat-based Pilates classes for all ages and abilities across South Devon village halls, online, and one-to-one sessions in your home.

Taught by a qualified Body Control Pilates Matwork teacher and member of the Body Control Pilates Association, classes focus on balance, tone and strength using small equipment such as bands, weights, overballs, magic circles and stability rollers.

Specialist programmes include Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates for Golfers, Pilates for the Older Person, and Pilates for Osteoporosis.
