Planks Pilates & Barre is a small, boutique pilates studio in Stanway, Colchester, offering Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and the pop-up Pilates Playground circuit class. Led by fully qualified Balanced Body instructor Debbie and physiotherapist Joel, all classes are multilevel and tailored to individual needs, with maximum class sizes of 4–5 people.
Private reformer sessions are also available for individuals or small groups.
