Platinum Pilates Stillorgan

Platinum Pilates is a multi-location Reformer Pilates and physiotherapy studio brand in Dublin, with a Main Studio in Stillorgan alongside sites at Hatch Street, Honey Park, Sandymount and Clonskeagh. Its signature Dynamic Reformer classes run at three progressive levels, with a gentler Reformer Essentials class for beginners and returners from injury.

Pre-natal reformer classes are also offered, and post-natal clients are welcomed back after medical clearance. Specialist physiotherapists lead Clinical Pilates and physio-led classes for injury recovery and posture, and small group sessions introduce the Tower, Cadillac and Barrel. Classes are 50 minutes, grippy socks are required, and doors lock at the start of class.
