Brass Monkey Pole Fitness

Brass Monkey Pole Fitness runs pole classes in Cork City from Studio 4 at the Firkin Crane Dance Theatre in Shandon. Led by instructor Bianca, who came to pole through Chinese pole circus training in 2018, classes blend pole dance, circus acrobatics, calisthenics and yoga into a full-body practice that builds strength, flexibility and balance for all body types.

The weekly timetable includes a Wednesday evening beginners class, a Wednesday mixed-level class and a Saturday morning spin pole mixed-level session, each one hour. Spaces are limited and booked in advance through the online class calendar using a single pass or class card, with free cancellation up to 8 hours before class.

Street parking and a nearby Q-Park make getting there easy.
