Powerhouse Gym is a well-established gym located on the Aberaman Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Aberdare, open since 1998 and run by brothers Gareth and Paul Parkman since 2004. The gym welcomes members of all ages and fitness levels and is fully equipped for both strength training and cardiovascular exercise.
Gareth offers free personalised diet and training programmes to members and non-members alike. Parking is available on site.
