Heaton Moor Tai Chi Centre offers Tai Chi classes both face to face and live online via Zoom. Face-to-face sessions are held at St Paul's Church Hall in Heaton Moor as well as in Prestwich, covering the 8 Form style across multiple weekly timeslots.

New students can attend their first class for free, and registration is simple — book once online and then turn up whenever suits you.
