Prime Performance Centre is a welcoming boutique gym in Blackburn, established in 2022, focused on improving both physical and mental wellbeing.
The facility features a fully equipped gym floor with cardio machines (treadmills, assault bike, rower, ski erg), a free weights area with up to 50 kg dumbbells, two weightlifting cages, a lifting platform, smith machine, Olympic bench press, and a wide range of cables and weight machines from Primal Strength.
