CMB Gym is a private, city-centre personal training gym in Dublin, led by coach Darragh Hayes and aimed at busy professionals. It offers 1-to-1 and 1-to-2 personal training, a 12-week transformation programme, a Fit over 40 programme and corporate wellness.

Coaching is personalised and holistic, combining strength training and fat loss with nutrition, sleep, recovery, breathwork and nervous system regulation. The intimate, uncrowded space has high-end equipment, plus a Wellness Hub and somatic therapy facilities.

Training starts with a €60 online consultation to discuss goals and suitability, with no obligation to begin a programme. The gym is open Monday to Friday 7am-9pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
