Project 23 Coaching is a results-driven private training facility based in Leamington Spa, home to state-of-the-art equipment sourced from around the world.

Led by Barnaby Galiffe — Personal Trainer of the Year 2025 (National Fitness Awards) — the studio specialises in 1-2-1 personal training, exclusive results-driven group training, couples and family training, senior training, kids classes, and online coaching.

Every programme is built on the philosophy that each individual's body is unique (inspired by the 23 chromosomes in human DNA), delivering highly personalised coaching to help clients build strength, lose weight, or improve overall fitness.
