Psycle London Bridge is the newest studio in the Psycle family, located right in the heart of SE1, just a short walk from London Bridge Underground.
The studio offers two signature workouts: Ride — a low-impact, high-intensity cardio experience on a bike synced to the rhythm of music — and Lagree, a full-body strength workout on the Megaformer machine featuring slow, controlled movements set to the beat.
With a vibrant community atmosphere, world-class coaches, and premium amenities including showers, GHD hairdryers, toiletries and an Energy Kitchen, Psycle London Bridge is designed to strengthen body and transform mind.
