Psycle Victoria is a boutique fitness studio in central London offering a powerful mix of Ride (indoor cycling), Barre, Infrared and Yoga classes. The signature Ride class is a low-impact, high-intensity cardio experience synced to music, while Barre sculpts and tones through high-rep, form-focused movement.
Infrared sessions use deeply penetrating heat to restore and strengthen, and Yoga ranges from vinyasa to yin for flexibility and mindfulness. The studio is newly reopened with welcoming introductory offers and a full set of premium amenities including GHD hairdryers and straighteners, cleated shoes, showers and lockers.
