Quay Yoga Studio is a welcoming boutique studio located on Lower Quay Street in Gloucester city centre, offering a broad range of movement classes for all levels.

The timetable spans yoga styles from slow and restorative Nurture sessions through to heated, dynamic Sculpt flows, as well as small-group Reformer Pilates classes where 1-2-1 attention is guaranteed, and Strength & Conditioning sessions. The studio also runs dedicated women-only and Muslimah private group sessions, making it an inclusive space for the whole community.

Founded and led by owner Jodie Stinchcombe — who trained in Rishikesh, India — the teaching team brings together expertise in yoga anatomy, vinyasa, sports therapy and health sciences. Private and 1-2-1 sessions are available across all disciplines, alongside workshops, courses and events throughout the year.
