Queensberry Police Amateur Boxing Club has been changing lives since 1981, producing national and area champions as well as several England Internationals.

Operating as a registered charity inside The Queensberry Hub, the club offers classes for all ages and abilities — from competitive boxing for carded fighters to non-contact fitness sessions for adults and children as young as 4.

Classes include beginners' boxing, invited and carded boxer sessions, mixed adult fitness boxing, female-only non-contact boxing, and children's classes. Parents can watch sessions live via CCTV screens in the on-site Jubilee Bar.

Monday: 6pm–7pm (Beginners), 7pm–8:30pm (Carded & Invited) Tuesday: 7pm–8:30pm (Adult Female Non-Contact) Wednesday: 6pm–7pm (Free Female Boxing), 7pm–8:30pm (Carded & Invited) Thursday: 6pm–7pm (Free Female Boxing 9–18 yrs), 7:15pm–8:30pm (Mixed Adult Fitness) Friday: 6pm–7pm (Beginners), 7pm–8:30pm (Carded & Invited) Saturday: 9am–10am (Mixed Adult Fitness), 10:30am–11:30am (Children's 5–9 yrs) Sunday: Closed
