R G Strength & Physique is a small, independent private members gym and personal training studio established in 2004 by Rich Grattan, located within the heritage site of Dean Clough Mills in Halifax.
Operating 24/7, the gym offers a limited, invite-only membership and is equipped with a wide selection of cardio machines (including a StairMaster), free weights (dumbbells up to 50kg), Hammer Strength resistance machines, lifting racks, a dedicated Olympic lifting platform, and functional training areas.
The gym underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2024 to mark its 20th anniversary, and maintains a reputation for high standards in a focused, non-crowded environment.
