R1SE is Sheffield's premium performance and recovery studio, operating across two locations in the city. The studio offers a broad programme of movement classes including hot yoga (heated to 35°C), vinyasa, hatha, yin, power and sculpt yoga, reformer and mat-based Pilates, barre, aerial, and breathwork.

Alongside studio sessions, R1SE runs an Urban Spa featuring thermal cycling (fire & ice, infrared sauna, ice bath), recovery therapies (red light & PEMF, compression therapy, hyperbaric oxygen), and curated wellness experiences such as sound baths and psych breathwork. Teacher training in yoga and Pilates is also available.

The studio welcomes all levels, provides mats, and offers a beginner-friendly intro credit pack to explore classes across two weeks.
