Sun Moon Yoga is a friendly yoga and somatic movement studio based in the Hunters Bar area of Sheffield (S11), also offering live and on-demand online classes.

Led by Eric, a full-time yoga teacher, yoga therapist and somatic movement educator with over 20 years of teaching experience, the studio runs seven weekly classes suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced students. Class formats include All Levels Yoga, Somatic Movement (based on Hanna Somatics as taught by Martha Peterson), and Gentle Yoga.

The studio also offers workshops and retreats throughout the year, 1-1 yoga therapy and somatic movement sessions, and a 200-hour professionally accredited Yoga Teacher Training course launching September 2026. Classes focus on postures, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation, with an emphasis on safe, inclusive and unhurried practice.
