Yoga Nature Sheffield

Yoga Nature is a grassroots, community-based yoga school in Sheffield, established in 2004, offering evening classes every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at the Sharrow Performing Arts Space (S7). Rooted in seasonal rhythms, functional movement, and eco-conscious values, the studio offers accessible, trauma-aware yoga for all ages and abilities.

Each 90-minute session weaves philosophy, meditation, and breath alongside movement, honouring the cycles of nature. A virtual studio, sound baths, children's yoga, and a rich library of writings and audio are also available.
