Life Yoga Sheffield is run by Zoe Marciniak, Sheffield's first Somatic movement educator, offering in-person and online Hatha Yoga, Gentle Somatic Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. The Wednesday evening 7.30pm Hatha for All class (75 mins) is held at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Grove Road, S7.

Classes are taught mindfully and suited to all abilities, blending classic asana, functional movement, somatic techniques, pranayama and meditation. Every session opens and closes with a meditation focusing on body, breath and mind. Zoe also offers one-to-one sessions, workplace yoga and yoga for sport.
