Sheffield Yoga for You is a yoga teaching practice run by a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance qualified teacher with training in Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Yoga). Classes at St Johns Parish Centre in Ranmoor run on Friday mornings from 9.15–10.15am and are term-time only.

A typical class combines yoga postures, movement sequences, breathing techniques and deep relaxation; as practice deepens, elements such as mantras, mudras and meditation are introduced. Classes are non-competitive, mindfulness-focused and suitable for all levels, with adaptations offered.

Wednesday evening classes and the Friday morning class are also streamed live via Zoom for those who prefer to join from home. Additional offerings across the network include Chair Yoga, Yoga & Sound Baths, short courses, Yantra Painting Days and Thai Yoga Massage.
