Rabble is a games-based fitness concept that transforms classic playground games like British Bulldogs, Capture the Flag, and Dodgeball into high-intensity team workout sessions. Each hour-long session disguises cardio and strength intervals within fun, inclusive team games suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Sessions are social by nature — players often head to the pub together afterwards — and are run by trained Rabble instructors across 50+ locations in the UK and beyond.
