CrossFit Raeda is a family-run, community-driven strength and conditioning gym based in Thornwood, Essex, established in 2013. Offering fully coached sessions in CrossFit, Hyrox, functional training, weightlifting, and specialist programmes for kids, teens, and the over-60s, the box caters to all ages and fitness levels — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.

Led by co-owners Lee and Annie Ottey, whose combined experience spans over 30 years of coaching, the gym is known for its inclusive atmosphere, progressive programming, and strong social community.
