Rainbow Pole & Aerial Fitness is Barnsley's first pole fitness and aerial arts studio, founded in 2009 by qualified instructors Kirsty Marsden and Kirsty Griffiths. The studio offers pole fitness classes at all levels (beginner through to advanced), aerial hoop classes, stretch sessions, pole parties, and private lessons.
Classes are kept small — a maximum of two people per pole — to ensure quality tuition. The instructors are nationally qualified and competition champions, including a British Pole Superstar Professional Champion and Yorkshire Pole Champion. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced pole artist, Rainbow welcomes all fitness levels, ages and body types.
