RB Fitness is a bespoke personal training and private fitness facility run by Ross Booth, a former international field hockey player with over 15 years of coaching experience.

Operating from a private PT Pod in Welbourn and previously from a studio in Leadenham since 2021, RB Fitness offers one-to-one and small group personal training, bookable private gym hire (Gympod), group exercise classes including a free running club and a low-impact Masters Bootcamp, and sports performance coaching.

The welcoming environment caters for all abilities and goals — from weight loss and muscle gain to improved cardiovascular health and sports performance.
