RB Fitness Centre is a community-rooted fitness centre in Castlewest Shopping Centre, Ballincollig, Co. Cork, offering personal training, fitness classes and authentic Capoeira. Founded and run by Raul Borges, known as Mestre Gaúcho, who has taught capoeira in Ireland for 26 years and opened the country's first capoeira academy in Cork.

Capoeira classes for kids and adults blend self-defence, acrobatics, music and fitness, while personal training takes an integrated mind-and-body approach with BMI and body-fat analysis, a full fitness and nutrition assessment, posture analysis and individual programming.

Sessions suit all ages and fitness levels, and the centre also works with teenagers to build confidence, self-esteem and discipline.
