Ballincollig Taekwon-Do is a friendly, community-focused martial arts club in Ballincollig, Cork, led by Coach Katy Laffan, a 3rd Degree Black Belt and multiple-time World, European and National Champion.

Affiliated with the Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA), the club offers structured classes for every age: Little Ninjas (4-6), Junior Taekwon-Do (7-12) and Senior Taekwon-Do for teens and adults. Training builds confidence, discipline, respect and fitness, with practical self-defence and opportunities for competition and progression from first class to black belt.

Coaching is Garda vetted, first aid certified and trained in child safeguarding, and membership spaces are limited.
