Samson Martial Arts is a family-run gym established in 2015 and billed as Cork's No.1 martial arts gym, based at Centre Park House in Ballintemple. Striking and grappling live under one roof: Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing and Wrestling, with classes for kids (ages 5+), teens and adults at every level.

The weekly timetable runs from lunchtime to evening, including beginner classes, no-gi BJJ, open mats, sparring and fighter sessions. Newcomers can start with a 6-week beginner course in Muay Thai, MMA or BJJ, training alongside other beginners with no experience required.

Coaching follows a 'dedication over ego' philosophy, with beginners and seasoned competitors training side by side, and the team competes at events such as the Irish Open, IBJJF and EFC. The gym also hosts Muay Thai fight days and runs short self-defence courses. It has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking and card payments.
