Warrior Martial Arts Ballinhassig

Warrior Martial Arts is a West Cork martial arts school network offering Taekwondo, kickboxing and self defence classes for all ages and abilities, with a club in Ballinhassig among its locations across County Cork.

Classes combine traditional martial arts with a modern, progressive approach to fitness and self defence, taught in a friendly, relaxed manner where students progress at their own pace.

Children aged 7+ build fitness, flexibility, discipline and confidence, while teens and adults get a motivating workout, practical self-defence techniques and a stress-busting break from the working week. Younger kids aged 4-7 can join the Warrior Ninjas class, a fun life-skills programme.
