Re-Energize is West Cumbria's #1 ladies-only gym, located in the heart of Workington. Born from the 25-year legacy of Cumbria's first ladies-only gym, Re-Energize has been modernised and upgraded to offer a welcoming, friendly environment for women of all backgrounds, goals, ages and ability levels.

The gym features over 30 weights machines and cardio equipment, plus small private rooms for members who prefer a more secluded space. Personal training is also available, along with sunbed sessions through the Tan N Glow offering.
