Real Fitness, part of The Real Collective, is a functional fitness gym in Alnwick founded in 2015. It offers small group training classes programmed over 6-week progressive blocks, Hyrox training, open gym, personal training, and specialist sessions including Olympic weightlifting, pre/postnatal, over-50s, kids, and teens.

On-site sports therapy and physiotherapy are available via Re-build Physiotherapy, alongside a wellness team offering sports massage, MMA/boxing/kickboxing classes, beauty therapies, and Pilgrims Coffee at reception.
