Rebel Gym is an independent, premium boutique gym hidden inside Staines-upon-Thames. With a combined team experience of 45 years, the gym is built around three core principles: maximising floor space efficiency, custom-built specialist equipment, and capped peak-time membership limited to 200 members to guarantee a quality, uncrowded experience.
Members receive free monthly training plans crafted by expert trainers, a free trial session, and ongoing personal guidance. Services include gym membership and personal training, with specialist kit covering upper body, lower body, bars and attachments, and cardio and functional equipment.
