Red Rhino Kickboxing

Red Rhino Kickboxing Club is a welcoming, community-focused kickboxing club at Unit 8, Eaton House on Main Street in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, serving families from nearby Saggart, Newcastle, Citywest, Brittas, Clondalkin and Tallaght.

Classes run six days a week for every age and level: Tini Tyni Rhino's (ages 6-9) and Mini Rhino's (ages 9-12) for kids, mixed adult and teen sessions for ages 13+, K1 kickboxing with striking, clinch work and conditioning, a women-only Friday class, and an open Sunday training session.

Complete beginners are welcome in every class, all equipment is provided, and you can book and pay online, either per class or monthly. The club is as much a social project as a gym, with a strong focus on kids with additional needs, mental wellbeing, anti-bullying confidence building and teen mentors who grow into coaches.

Private one-on-one sessions with head coaches and seasonal camps such as the Halloween Camp are also available.
