Reform Co Pilates is a boutique movement studio in Needwood, Staffordshire, founded by Lucia Swanepoel from her own experience of Reformer Pilates during motherhood. The studio brings together Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Yoga in a warm, inclusive environment with small class sizes — just 5 spots in the mat studio and 8 on the reformers.
Every class is guided with mindful intention, designed to strengthen, restore, and reconnect body and mind. Reform Co is built around community and belonging, welcoming all bodies, all levels, and all life stages — including pre- and postnatal clients.
