Reform Fit is a boutique Pilates, Yoga and fitness studio custom-built at Rectory Farm Barns in Little Chesterford, near Saffron Walden. With over a decade of teaching experience, the studio features forgiving flooring, dimmable lighting, great heating and air conditioning, and a peaceful design filled with oxygenating plants.
Uniquely, Reform Fit shares its site with Reform Physio, a fully functioning physiotherapy and sports injury clinic, offering members access to physiotherapy, post-op rehab, sports massage, nutritional therapy, ultrasound guided injections and shockwave therapy — all under one roof.
