Reformé is a women-focused Reformer Pilates and wellbeing studio on Henmore Trading Estate in Ashbourne, built around an inclusive, judgement-free atmosphere. Its 50-minute Reformer classes run from all-levels and beginner-friendly Pilates Fundamentals through to intermediate full-body sessions, and a mat-only Mat Flow class is also available.

Instructors guide with care, and the studio aims to feel like a calm sanctuary where progress matters more than perfection. Classes are booked online, with class passes, monthly memberships and a low-priced intro offer for newcomers. Grip socks are required and can be bought at the studio.
