The Studio Swords is a reformer Pilates studio in Castle Shopping Centre on Bridge Street, in the heart of Swords town centre, run by Image Fitness Training, Ireland's fitness education academy. Classes are capped at 10 people and led by senior instructors on premium Flexera reformers, in a dark-wood slatted studio with a living plant feature.

Sessions last 50 minutes and welcome everyone from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, with an equipment orientation for newcomers. Members get unlimited classes, 72-hour priority booking and no lock-in contract. Prices run from a €45 three-class trial to a €149 monthly membership.
