Pure Pilates is a small, family-run Pilates business with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, running six-week group courses in Raheny (Dublin 5), alongside Ashbourne, Swords and Croke Park. Classes are open to all levels, from absolute beginners to fit athletes, with a recommended beginners course first and an improvers level after about 10 sessions.

Both mat work and mat work with small equipment classes are offered, along with pre-natal and post-natal options. Missed classes can be made up on another night within the six-week course. Private one-to-one, small-group and team/club sessions are also available, including home visits with all equipment provided.

The focus is on core strength, posture and back-pain relief in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere at good value.
