The Royal Free Charity Recreation Club is an affordable leisure centre in Gospel Oak, London, offering a swimming pool, gym, fitness studio and sports hall alongside a wide variety of classes including yoga, Pilates, Aikido, Karate-do, Ninjutsu, Tai Chi, Zumba, BollyX, dance fitness, kids' ballet and more.
