Rhino BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club based at Great Hadham Country Club, offering classes for all ages and fitness levels. Led by black belt Head Coach Chris Ranger — awarded his belt by Roger Gracie affiliate Rafael Barros — the club provides kids' sessions, adult fundamentals, advanced and no-gi classes, women's-only sessions, open mats, and a drilling class.
Training develops self-defence skills, fitness, mental resilience, and community, and is suitable for complete beginners through to competitors.
