Rising Phoenix BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym based in Glenrothes, offering classes for all ages and skill levels in a warm and friendly environment. Founded in 2020 by head coach Jamie Henderson — a BJJ Black Belt with a background in MMA and Thai Boxing — the club runs Adults Gi & NoGi, Kids BJJ, Ladies-only BJJ, and Competition classes.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, Rising Phoenix is dedicated to helping members grow on and off the mats.
