Riverside Fitness is a friendly leisure and wellness centre in the village of Wetheral, less than ten minutes from Carlisle. The facility features two gyms, a 12-metre heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, plus a bright fitness studio offering daily classes including Pilates, Aqua and Zumba.

Memberships and guest passes are available, and non-members are welcome to drop in for classes. On-site extras include The Snug Holistic & Beauty treatment rooms and a relaxing reception lounge.
