RKO Ringwood Kickboxing Organisation has been delivering top-level kickboxing training in Ringwood since 2019. Led by Liz Ferioli-Brown — a WAKO Kickboxing GB World, European and British titleholder — the club offers classes for all ages and abilities, from Little Ninjas (ages 5–7) to competitive adults.
RKO is affiliated with WAKO and sister club BKO Basingstoke, with students competing at local, national and international level, including WAKO European and World Championships. Classes include kids kickboxing, adult kickboxing, fitness classes (Body Blitz, Hit Fit) and 1-2-1 PT sessions.
