RockFit is a rock music fitness concept founded by Hannah Hawkey, combining dance, cardio and toning set to an all-rock and metal soundtrack. The network offers online classes across three membership tiers as well as live classes, and has appeared at Download Festival and on BBC Radio Devon and BBC Radio Bristol.
