RGA South Herts is the official Roger Gracie Academy team in Borehamwood, South Hertfordshire. Established in 2021, it is the only full-time BJJ academy in the area, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi Submission Grappling, Wrestling, Judo and MMA Grappling for all ages and levels — from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
Classes include Kids BJJ, Fundamentals, and advanced sessions, all taught by DBS-checked black belt instructors under the Roger Gracie Academy system developed by 10-time world champion Roger Gracie and his father Mauricio Gomes.
