ROK BOX Gym is a family-run, community-driven fitness facility based in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Founded and led by personal trainer Pavlina White (Pav), with over 20 years of experience, the gym is operated alongside her husband Phil and daughters Pippa and Kimmy — both Level 3 qualified personal trainers and Sports Massage Therapists.

The gym offers group fitness classes (including spin), personal training, sports massage therapy, and community events, all in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. In 2025, ROK BOX moved to a new, spacious home at The Whitehouse, Blackfell Village Centre, bringing improved facilities while keeping its signature warm, family feel.
