Round 1 Boxfit

Round One is a boxing and fitness gym in Bristol, home to Boxfit classes, one-to-one sessions and a full strength and cardio floor. Training is led by former world champion Lee Haskins, who brings 20 years of boxing experience, alongside coaches such as Ben, a 23-bout amateur.

The 1,200 sq ft boxing area has an 18ft ring, eight punch bags and a speed ball, while the strength zone is kitted out with Primal Strength equipment and Concept2 cardio machines. Boxfit welcomes all levels with no experience needed, with weekend sessions on Saturdays at 2pm and Sundays at 10am, plus a Kids Boxfit class and youth memberships from age 10.

There is a café on site and flexible, cancel-anytime memberships. First classes are free for new visitors.
