RSCDS Edinburgh Branch is the home of Scottish country dancing in Edinburgh, founded in 1924. The branch runs weekly adult classes at all levels — from Basic Skills for complete beginners through to Advanced — with fully trained teachers and live music at every class. Classes take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with one venue being Greenbank Church Hall.

In addition to regular classes, the branch organises social dances, an Annual Ball, children's Saturday morning classes, online Ladies Step (soft shoe) workshops, bespoke performances and ceilidhs, and community events such as Music and Memories afternoons.

Members benefit from discounted class and event fees, a branch magazine, and access to a worldwide community of Scottish country dancers.
