RT24 (Relentless Training 24) is a functional fitness programme based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, built around HIIT and HIRT (High Intensity Resistance Training). Every 24-minute workout targets all major muscle groups using high-volume, low-loading compound movements to drive muscle fatigue and growth, while remaining time-efficient.
